You are welcome to ship your tabletop collateral to the following address and information:

Please ensure your collateral will arrive at the Hilton Miami Downtown no earlier than November 14th and no later than November 17th. This ensures the hotel will not misplace your collateral.
Move out will begin at 4:00pm on Wednesday, November 20th. You can pack up your tabletop and leave the sealed and labeled boxes are your table. Please purchase, print and stick return-shipping labels to all of your boxes.
